The “Big Test” – Thank You!

WSTM, Syracuse NY

View from the tower, about 75% of the way up, looking toward Onondaga Lake and Lake Ontario. Picture taken April 3, 2012, by a crew repairing tower lights.

I have just a moment to write a thank you note to everyone who participated in the test!  There were 49 checkins on the air, another 25 via e-mail, and no doubt a lot more who didn’t or couldn’t contact me.  I think a lot was learned, and I’ll give many more details as soon as I have time to write about it.

Right now, I have some professional and personal emergencies to tend to, so it will be a few days before I can post any more.

Thanks again, everyone!

Great signal here into Elmira, NY. Looking forward to the repeater. Hope there are plans to get it hooked to ExhoLink.

      Hello John,

Thanks for the reception report. I am open to trying EchoLink, but I’ll wait a while until things “settle down.”
